1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the automation software and API solutions provided by Wine Quântica, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our automated engines. However, services are provided "AS IS". We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency security patching.

3. Intellectual Property

The algorithms, heuristics, and proprietary logic deployed by Wine Quântica remain the exclusive intellectual property of GenesiX S.A. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to utilize the automation outputs.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wine Quântica or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
